About

Welcome!

My name is Chelsey Hart and I am an experienced coach, community volunteer, entrepreneur and business mentor.

Throughout my time in high school and university I remember feeling incredibly lost from a career standpoint. I had no idea who I was or what I wanted to do. I was so afraid and adrift that I spent almost no time exploring what made me unique or fostering my natural strengths. It resulted in a decision to take on a job that wasn’t a good fit for my personality, personal style of work or mental health.

Turns out, this is a common experience for individuals at various stages of their careers from high school students to long-term working professionals. I suffered job burnout, anxiety, frustration, financial debt and stress. Through a series of events I left that position and started my own business. I grew the business for five years, was nominated for several awards and developed a strong team of staff. At that time, I decided it was time to sell the company. I finally had enough financial freedom to pursue my true passion – coaching. I committed myself to obtaining the highest standard of coaching education through the International Coach Federation (icf.ca) as well as my Strong Interest Inventory Certification to provide clients with high quality career assessments.
